Joshua is Forte Studios owner and studio manager.  He records and performs as a percussionist, and has done so for over 25 years.  In addition, he has studied, researched and applied acoustic science principals for over 10 years.  A studio musician and performer of various styles of music in bands from Jazz to Metal.  He has played a many venues throught the midwest and performed alongside some greats such as blues legend Muddy Waters.

At Forte Studios, he constructed and designed the facility  His role is to manage all aspects of the business including marketing, accounting, website development, audio engineering services and sales.

Outside of Forte Studios, Joshua has established himself as a respected professional in risk management.  He lead Architectural Wall Systems co. and the Hawkeye chapter of the American Society of Safety Engineers, in receiveing numerous recognitions and awards.  Additionally, he has been personally recognized by his peers internationally amongst various organizations.
